AmQuip's Buoying On the Atlantic

AmQuip was hired to lift a buoy into a stand to prepare for salvage of the computer and electronic components.  A 500 ton Liebherr LTM1400, operated by Shawn Follin & Chuck McGuire, and a Grove GMK5275 operated by John Leichner and Anthony Reff were used for the tandem lift.

The 260K buoy was stationed in the Atlantic Ocean developing power utilized for research.   The lift occurred at Port Terminal in Bayonne, NJ.

Additionally, AmQuip will dismantle the buoy, utilizing a 275 ton All Terrain.  Final destination of the buoy will be trucked to the scrap yard.
